Great line from Harrison

What better way to get started blogging again than a quick little story about my little man??

Last Wednesday night after Bible Class, I went with Matt to pick up the kiddos. Harrison came out of his class and grabbed my hand and walked me over to the side of the hallway. This is what was said in his sweet little Harrison voice:

Harrison: "Sarah, I did not hear you say you brought me a surprise."

Me: "No, buddy, you didn't hear me say it because I didn't bring you a surprise."

Harrison: "But I wanted to hear you say you brought me a surprise."

Me: "Ah, buddy, I can't bring you a surprise every time I see you. If I did that, it wouldn't be a surprise anymore."

Harrison: "ok." (very defeated)

Me: kisses and hugs for the little fella.

I felt so bad. He has me wrapped around his little finger. I bought him a $1 car one time and then a Halloween T-shirt right before Halloween. I got all the other kids the same thing, but he's the only one that thinks it should happen every time.

I just love my little man.

Anyways, I had to share. The picture of him is from a parade in downtown Dallas I took them to December 5th. Maybe that can be my next blog???
